The Retelit Group’s commitment to transparency, fairness and integrity forms the foundation of its compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, in addition to its adoption of the 231 Model and Group Ethics Code.

The primary goal of the Retelit Group’s Ethics Code is to define the fundamental ethical values and general principles that should guide the behaviour of the Company’s corporate bodies, their members, Executives, employees, and all individuals who act in the name of, on behalf of, or in the interest of the Group companies, regardless of their legal status.

231 ORGANISATIONAL MODEL
To comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, ensure shared ethical conduct, and uphold the principles of legality, fairness and transparency in our business operations, the Retelit Group has adopted its own Organisation, Management and Control Model. We have also appointed a Supervisory Board responsible for overseeing the Model’s functioning, compliance and updates.
WHISTLEBLOWING
In line with its commitment to promoting the principles and values of transparency and legality that underpin its governance approach, the Retelit Group has launched a Whistleblowing Portal. This platform allows you to report any unlawful behaviour in the workplace, including anonymously, in compliance with current legal provisions. You can access the Portal from any device or network without needing to register by visiting https://retelitwb.retelit.it.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
One of the Retelit Group’s objectives is to help build and support increasingly sustainable, inclusive business activities and relationships. We are committed to generating long-term value for our Customers, Suppliers, Partners and the entire community, by encouraging and supporting a responsible purchasing mindset, both within and external to the Group. This Supplier Code of Conduct declares that sustainability, in its broadest sense, encompasses the key elements of the Retelit Group’s corporate values and is a fundamental part of our business strategy, including as a means of safeguarding the Group’s own future.
